Last updated: 28/10/2026
This translation is provided for information only; the French version alone is legally binding: French version.
1. Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the website leclosdesizards-perigueux.fr (the “Website”), which presents Le Clos des Izards, a holiday home in Périgueux (Dordogne, France). Browsing the Website implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Publisher and hosting provider
Information about the publisher, the publication director and the hosting provider is given in the legal notice, in accordance with Article 6 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy.
3. Access to the Website
The Website is free to access and requires no account. The publisher strives to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee this: it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or in the event of force majeure, without the publisher being held liable.
4. Information presented
Descriptions, photographs, amenities and tourist information are provided in good faith for information purposes only. Photographs are not contractually binding. Only the listing and the conditions of the platform on which the booking is made are authoritative regarding the property.
The guest reviews shown on the Website are excerpts from reviews published on Google Maps and Airbnb; their source and date are indicated. They are selected by the publisher and do not represent all the reviews published on those platforms. No consideration is given in exchange for them.
5. No sales on the Website — bookings
The Website is a presentation website: no booking, sale or payment takes place on it. The phone number provided is for information requests only; no booking is made by phone.
Bookings are made exclusively on the Airbnb and Booking.com platforms, to which the “Book” buttons link. Each booking is governed by the terms and conditions of the platform concerned (price, payment, cancellation, refund, tourist tax) and by the house rules stated in the listing. The publisher is not responsible for the content or operation of those websites.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the Website (texts, photographs, logo, layout) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. The rights to this content belong to their respective holders, or the content is used with their permission. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the rights holders is prohibited, except for strictly private use.
7. Personal data and cookies
The Website has no forms or user accounts and does not include any analytics tools or advertising or tracking cookies. When you browse the Website, technical data (in particular the IP address and connection logs) is processed by the hosting provider Netlify for the security and proper functioning of the Website. When you follow a link to a third-party service (Airbnb, Booking.com), that service applies its own privacy policy.
Data provided when booking is collected and processed by the platform used (Airbnb or Booking.com), in accordance with its own privacy policy. Data the host receives on that occasion, or with an information request, is used solely to answer the request and organise the stay, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978; it is neither transferred nor used for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, which you may exercise by contacting the owners of the holiday home by phone on +33 6 89 90 85 15. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Hyperlinks
The Website contains links to third-party websites (Airbnb, Booking.com, the Website designer). The publisher has no control over those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content.
9. Changes — governing law
The publisher may amend these terms at any time; the version online on the date of browsing applies. These terms are governed by French law.
